1.What is Your Greatest Weakness?

When I'm busy with my work I don't like to talk more with my friends or surrounding people. Ii give full concentration in my work to finish my task as soon possible.
My greatest weakness is that while working, I forget about time and family. I just concentrate on my work .when i am tense in my work i keep silence.my silence may hurt other,but at the same time i try to find out best solution for my work.

I am suvra jyoti jena. I completed my b.tech from KIST ,Orissa with an cgpa of 6.7.,completed my intermediate from maharishi college of natural law,bbsr,Orissa with an aggregate of 55% and completed my schooling from unit -1 high school with 75%. My father is a govt servant mother is housewife. I have commands in programming languages like c,c++ and core java. My final year project was about wireless switching of electrical appliances. It is a microcontroller based project. This projects main implementation is in the field where life risk is more. I have a fluent communication capability and am a good listener. I always enjoy my work. I believe in myself and on my decision. Am much conscious about self respect and its the soul of my life. I most of times criticized for my over reaction on certain thing like I always want that all my teammate try the same level to achieve the goal and if they do nt do so then I react strongly. While we are doing our final yr project we are instructed to complete it within one month and I was my group leader. I wanted to complete it within 15 days and to submit the project report at first. but I did nt get support from my teammates. So I brusted on them but did not get a good a result. They just contributed as formalities. That moment I realized its not the right way to work within a group. And in next day instead of showing attitude I tried to motivate them and my trick worked. After that day I never felt uneasy working in group instead I enjoyed as a teamleader. When I get time I love to write blogs on different social issues. Recently I posted blog about the price rise and it is highly appreciated by my friends. Besides it I love to cook in leasure time. Friend tell am not serious about future and career…they criticize me so because I react very lightly when I face a failure and never regrets. But truth is at the moment I realize my weakness and try to handle it in a better way next time.so that the mistake will not be repeated next time. Success and failure is part and parcel of life and I never feel sad for a failure. I only try find out the reason for it and try to rectify it. In one semester I had two backs and most of my friends cleared the paper. They came to me to console me. But I reacted as nothing happened and celebrated for their success. They thought am not serious about carrer and criticized me but I did not mind them as I wanted to forget about the failure and thinking about how to prepare in a better way for next time. And in next chance I cleared the paper . I don't take criticism in a negative way because it helps me to improve myself. I get too emotional in stressful situations. They tell me that I am very much straight forward which hurts the people a lot at that time

when I was in third year one after another two of my best friends passed away. That time I was highly disappointed.

Anger to me means loss of control. I do not lose control. When I get stressed, I take a deep breath, thoughtfully think through the situation and then begin to formulate a plan of action. Just for example when in triangular series india defeated badly I got stressed and very disappointed but in next moment I close my eye took a deep breath and consoled my heart it happens in game..win and loose two sides…so relax and I controlled my anger.

I will first try to know is he actually right or wrong.if I fell decision taken by the boss harms the company benefit then I would try to convince him. if he does nt change his decision then I would try to find out a way that neither require to change the decision of bus nor causes any loss to company.

In one semester I had two backs. So in next semester my workload increased.
